Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We are unable to ship to addresses outside the contiguous 48 states, or to PO boxes for oversized and freight items.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking information once it ships.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart:

• Standard (small parcel): $9.99 — free on orders of $100 or more.
• Bulky / oversized: $29.99 — free on orders of $500 or more.
• Freight / LTL: $99.00 (freight items do not qualify for free shipping).

When a cart contains items of different sizes, the order ships at the highest applicable rate. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Delivery

Standard parcels typically arrive within 3–7 business days of shipment; bulky and freight deliveries may take longer and freight carriers will contact you to schedule delivery. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right. For a package that shows delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help open a carrier investigation.
