Products & descriptions

Our inventory is sourced from manufacturer overstock and surplus and is sold as-is. We make every effort to inspect, grade, and describe each item accurately, including its condition. Product images are representative; minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur.

Pricing & availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices and availability at any time without notice. If an item is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we'll contact you and issue a full refund for the affected item.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order and refund you if we suspect fraud or an inventory or pricing error. Stock is limited and sold on a first-come basis.

Fitment is the buyer's responsibility

Replacement parts vary by model and revision. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a part is correct for their equipment before purchase, using the manufacturer part number (MPN) provided. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Supply Company LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item. Parts are sold without warranty except as stated in our Returns policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
